Welcome to MindUnity. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Integrated mindset development programs offered through MindUnity.info.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our services, purchasing our info products, or ordering our goods, you agree to these terms.
3. Services
Our mindset development services include workshops, coaching sessions, and training modules.
3.1 Schedule Changes and Transfers
Clients may request to reschedule a service up to 48 hours before the start time. Requests are handled via our support team.
3.2 Refund Policy for Services
If a service is canceled by MindUnity, clients will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 14 days. If a client requests cancellation less than 48 hours before the service, no refund will be provided.
4. Info Products
Our digital courses, e-books, and audio programs are delivered electronically.
4.1 Access and Delivery
Access is granted immediately after receipt of payment.
4.2 Refund Policy for Info Products
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
5. Goods
Physical items such as workbooks and branded materials are shipped from our Toronto office.
5.1 Shipping and Handling
Shipments are processed within 3 business days. Tracking information will be provided.
5.2 Refund Policy for Goods
Clients may return unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be sent to our address at:

Return shipping is at the client's expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
6. No Refund Situations
Requests for refunds are not accepted for sessions attended, digital content fully accessed, or goods damaged after delivery.
